Been tired of the unstability and limitations of free web host and BSP, finally I decieded to buy a web host.

It’s the first time for me to buy a web host, and have not any experience. So I searched online to find some reviews on web host service. Wordpress.org recommands several hosts, but they are all not suitable to me because I wanna pay the bill through paypal and wanna pay per month. At last, I found hostgator.com.

To be frank, During the first three days, I have had some complaints on hostgator because of the complicated verification of my account. I don’t know why I was chosen to be verified while most of other cunstomers have a smooth registration.  I think that the main reason may be that I am from China and some former Chinese customers might have broken the rules of hostgator, so I was just unlucky to be checked.  Then, my domain experienced a slow proprogation which gave me anothor frustration.  Certainly, the proprogation of my domain has nothing to do with hostgator.com, but the first three days in hostgator are really not so satisfying. However, one thing should be mentioned that the live support does a pretty good job, and they did help me much.

Today, I found my domain completed the proprogation, so I began to create my blog with wordpress. ya, everything went well, and I finished it in less than half an hour. At first, my blog runned well, but after several hours,  my blog experienced a little while’s unstability. I still don’t know the exact reason.  but I don’t care it now because it has recovered from the unstablity. now, everything is okay. whatever!

I should figure it out that the above frustrating experience is only my personal experience. It’s very rare to come cross that kind of situation because I have read many reviews on hostgator, and most of the users of hostgator are satisfied with the service of hostgator.

After one day’s work in  hostgator.com, I think it’s a great web host, not so expensive and easy to start. There are many features and tools which make it easy to start a blog or a website, such as the fatanstico. I like it. I have thought that I need to upload the wordpress by myself, but hostgator provides the severice to install wordpress just with one click. Very easy to start. Also there are many CMS to help us to create a website. I am planning to use one of them to create a site.

That’s okay. Everything goes well. I like it!  Now, the pages pop out with a high speed in my location.
